HSL color panel as an adjustment layer

Hello,

I use HSL Color panel in Camera RAW (Photoshop 2022) a lot, but it always takes time to open camera raw, make some chnages and save again. 

Is there any other way (a plugin maybe) to have same HSL color panel as a simple adjustment layer among all other layers? I know that Hue and Saturation layer can do the same thing but the HSL in Camera raw is just much easier.
