Hell, one should apply this fix for the scroll issue: Cannot paint with stylus when zoomed in on image | Windows 10

What if you have a mac? In my case, the tablet wont let me use the space key + drag to move around. It just zooms me in.

Good,

in my case I have a graphics tablet HUION NEW 1060PLUS

I have tried all the options and it turns out that:

1º I open the notepad and I put:

UseSystemStylus 0

It solves but creates a bigger problem, and that is that it draws a couple of centimeters below where the pencil is placed (cursor), so I have to undo step 1.

The other solutions in the registry have not had any effect, mostly because the same folders do not appear when using different graphics cards.

Operating system w10.

Hi

There has been a windows update (KB4093112)  which has caused an issue with the tablets and Photoshop.

You can either - undo the update

or

Try the following which was for Wacom users but should work for you :

1. Use notepad to create a text file and type in :

UseSystemStylus 0

2. Save the file as PSUserConfig.txt in the following location
C: > Users > Username > AppData > Roaming > Adobe > Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 > Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 Settings

3. Go to the  tablet properties and uncheck "Use Windows Ink"

4. Restart Photoshop

That is it - all should now work well (you need to do all the above steps to retain pen pressure)

Note : There is a third option. Microsoft made this change intentionally and they have issued a way round it with registry change (see link below). However for  Photoshop the PSUserConfig method works.
