i already paid my monthly obligation but still receiving a billing issue!

My monthly billing date is every 23rd. I paid my July 23 bill on July 25. My question is, why am I still receiving billing notices saying that I need to update or pay my bill? I already made the payment last Saturday, July 25.

I'd appreciate it if you could help clarify this issue, as I don't want to keep receiving payment reminders after I've already paid. Thank you.
