I am Unable to drag and drop from phone to pc Samsung

The drag and drop operation could not be completed because the file

C:\ProgramData \Samsung\SamsungMultiControl\~Transferring.tmpis

not ready. Please try to open it again using the Explore

@Akshay34677331fxg3 have you tried copying the files from your Phone to your desktop and opening them in Photoshop from there

Sounds like the best approach to me.  Photoshop is not compatible with Android, but I think the files will transfer OK.

 

I've just had a quick look on Google, and it seems that not all Android images are what they purport to be.  I read that some Android image files with a .JPG extension are actually .HEIC which I thought was an IOS format.  This apparently happens with Whatsapp image files.  I think that following Ged's advice and getting them on a Windows system is a good first step, and they'll open OK from there.  

 

Apps like Irfanview would probably help.  It opens just about anything, and you can Save As to JPG once open in Irfanview.
