I can not get the Alt key to work since the last update, when I am using the the Clone Stamp tool all it does in bsdriang up my microsoft menu's.menu

Microsoft is a company, not an application. Is the Alt key triggering menus for Microsoft Windows? Microsoft Word? Microsoft Excel? Or???
