I can't complete an instalation of Adobe Crealive Suit CS6

Hi, 
I bought the boxed version of Adobe Creative Suite CS6 in 2013. 
It worked on my previous computer for many years. I recently upgraded my Mac to a newer one and the program asked me to enter the serial number. I have it and entered it, it was verified. 
However, I cannot complete the activation because after logging in to my Adobe account nothing happens and I have 7 days to complete it again.
How to complete the installation?

@Ptoper try using the offline activation outlined on this page. Unfortunately Adobe stopped supporting 13 year old CS6 a while ago.

Hi, Thank you for telling me
I did the entire installation again and there was no option to activate the offline program anywhere. 
At first, there are three variants to choose from 
1. license number 
2.subscription 
3.trial version. 
Then the license appears and I have to accept it. 
Then I provide the serial number, which the installer tries to verify. 
Because I don't have the Internet, a message appears that verification is impossible and that's it. 
I can't do an offline installation anywhere.

You need internet to finish installation to verify the license key or to use offline activation after a failure.
