Question

I can't copy and paste objects from illustrator to photoshop

I want to copy objects from illustrator and paste them to photoshop in pixels.

When I press ctrl+V on photoshop, it shows the error pop-up message 'this is not a valid portable document file (PDF). It cannot be opened'.

There no problem 3-4 days ago.

How can I handle this problem?

I realized that I didn't state the versions of them right after posting this question but I couldn't find how to edit it...

Still, does the bug occur in the previous Korean versions CC2017 ? Or also from Kr Ai to En Ps, or En Ai to KR Ps?

If you can pinpoint which program has a bug, report it either on https://feedback.photoshop.com or https://illustrator.uservoice.com

Possible work-arounds:

Save pdf-compatible ai files and place them (File > Place).

Export the file as psd from Illustrator.

What are illustrator’s »File Handling & Clipboard«-settings?

Sorry, the Clipboard settings do not seem to be the problem, so the issue would seem to lie otherwhere.

Have you done a complete restart?

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:
