I can't find the customize tool window in Photoshop 2023

Today I updated Photoshop CC to the newest version. Now the toolbar is missing the curvature tool and I cannot find the customize toolbar window to add it. The three dots normally under the zoom tool are missing. Also missing is the "Toolbar" selection from the edit menu. I am working on a PC (Windows.)

 

Thanks in advance for any suggestions! Google has been no help.

    @Susan32851909u3bt your screenshot looks like an older version of Photoshop, items missing from the Edit Menu, PS icon looks like the older version and the move tool icon is from an older version, did you install this from the Creative Cloud app.

    Can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info, hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread
