I apologize, I made a mistake, it’s actually Photoshop Elements 2026 V 26.3.  I tried both and neither worked.  The applications just disappears off my screen. I’m on Windows 10.

Okay, thanks for that extra info. Some other steps to try:

Run Elements as Administrator (right-click the shortcut → Run as administrator).

Clear the Print Spooler (stop the service, delete files in C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS, restart the service).

Make sure Windows 10 is on build 22H2 or later and that your GPU drivers are current.

    Are you printing over WiFi?

Hi @SKIDROW II, try to clear the printer settings in Photoshop by holding down the Spacebar while selecting File > Print. If that doesn’t work, try restoring your preferences. Here’s how to do it: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/desktop/get-started/settings-and-preferences/backup-and-restore-preferences.html. Still not working? Give us more details about your OS, the Photoshop version, and what steps you’ve tried to get printing to work again.
