I can't select New Action in Action windows

Hi,

I'm trying to set a New Action in Actions Panel, it is grey, not selectable.
Besides that, thaction I've made are colored, and I don't understand the meaning of that colors

Any idea?

Your screenshot is from Photoshop so I've moved your post from Creative Cloud desktop to the Photoshop community.

Try turning off button mode first.
