I can't use generative AI with nano banana

Thanks for adding the details. Is this a custom integration of Nano Banana via Plugins? 

If yes, it is advised to reach out to the plugin manufacturer. You can use Photoshop’s Generative Fill and use Nano Banana, or other partner models within the Contextual task bar model selector, and let me know how it goes.

Hi ​@florina1092 , Even if your account shows unlimited generations or available credits, image generation can sometimes fail due to temporary model capacity limits, plan‑specific feature access, or restrictions on certain image models.

Please try the following:

1. Sign out and sign back in to your Adobe account
2. Try generating with a different image model
3. Reduce the resolution or simplify the prompt

4. Retry later if you see a timeout or capacity message
