I cannot use the generative AI function (university account).

I've been trying to open the program to work on my task since last week, but I keep getting the same notification as shown in the image. Even though I'm using my university's Adobe account, I still encounter this issue.

Be sure you are logged in with your school account. Try logging out and then logging back in.

If that doesn't work, you need to talk to IT at your university to solve this issue.
