Generative AI is notorious for adding, subtracting or distorting limbs and appendages, because, obviously, it has no understanding of what they are. So watch out. I just saw a perfectly innocuous-looking image of a three-legged woman….

If you have to do this, I’d go hunt for other images of feet and adapt them with the standard methods.
