I have Adobe Elements 2020. While elements will open and function, Organizer will not. I've followed all of steps listed here https://helpx.adobe.com/elements-organizer/desktop/kb/organizer-crashes-launch-does-not-start.html and none of them work.

Question

On an Intel Mac with Tahoe 26.2.2.

The file psa.prf does not exist either on my computer or on any backup disk.

Pressing shift while opening Organizer still leads to a crash so I cannot create, repair, optimize or reset a catalogue

The folder OLS does not exist

I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app.

The color profile file is not loading incorrectly

More recent versions of Elements (2027) do not install (Error Code 103) despite using two different browsers (Safari and Firefox) and reloading multiple times.

For whatever reason the Photoshop Organizer 2022 and older doesn’t work on macOS Tahoe 26.x.x

And Photoshop Elements 2027 doesn’t work on Intel Macs, just Apple Silicon.

If you look around you may still be able to buy Photoshop Elements 2026, which works fine on macOS Tahoe 26, both Intel and Apple Silicon.

B and H Photo still has PSE 2026 and is a reputable seller.
