i have download new photoshop version 26.6 and still getting freeze screen while editing.

i have download new photoshop version 26.6 and still getting freeze screen while editing as i have a pc and hp omen laptop with 4060 ryzn 7700 16GB 1tb SSD but still i dont know when i try to copy past its like freeeeeeezeee !!! only task manager help to close that ps otherwise i dont know what to do, why this is happening there is no space issue or anything as i already checked in task manager let me know if you have any way to resolve this.
