I have installation issues

I have just upgraded my desktop computer and now my installed Photoshop CS6 tells me that I have a trial version of the software and only 30 days left. I have the Number, Product Code and Registration Number for my CS6. Can you please help?

@terry_9484 did you input the serial number when asked, also did you deactivate CS6 before upgrading your desktop, you're allowed 2 activation counts and if you have used them up, you're out of luck, Adobe no longer reset activation counts
