Hi comunnity,
I have thousands of photos and they all have different light values.
How can I recreate all photos with equal light values. T
he light should not be bursting or dark in any photo.
I know that there are creative and innovative friends in this environment who will support me in this sense.

There are some neural filters you can look at but this may not be something that can easily be done, whether in Lightroom or Photoshop. Without samples we can't really help you.

Absolutely not. DO NOT email other users your personal files.

If you have Lightroom-Classic-

There is a function in Lr-Classic to 'equalize' exposure (of multiple selected photos) in the Develop module of Lr-Classic..

To start, are the photos in a raw camera format such as CR2, NEF, ORF, DNG etc (capable of highlight recovery), or are they rendered files such as JPEG or HEIF/HEIC?

All rendered as JPEG.

This isn't synthetic 3D modeling where you can change the quality of the light. This is image pixels, and the light is what it was when you took the photos.

That said, there's a lot of things you can do. If you show some examples, and explain what you want, people might be able to suggest something.
