I have trouble with the preview of smart sharpen tool

Question

I will post images for better understanding, but basically when I use the smart sharpen tool, I make my adjustments, and it looks good like I want it on the preview, but when I click "OK" the smart sharpen gets applied, but it changes and does not look anything like the preview.

I do not know If I am missing some adjustments, or it is something wrong with my computer.

Please help, It did not happen that way and I use it a lot for my business

The preview is at 100%, and you're viewing the sharpened image at 25%, which will look different.

To evaluate sharpening, noise, and other image detail, you must view the image at 100%.

At this magnification, one image pixel is displayed by one screen pixel, giving you a true representation of the image. Any other view will be inaccurate and misleading because the image has been scaled.
