I love using DIFFUSE glow in CS6
I alway use DIFFUSE GLOW under DISTORT in CS6----there is no way to get that effect in my new MAC with the CC-===the CS6 will not go onto my new MAC from my old TOWER

Yes in photoshop cc you can go to Filter>Filter Gallery>Distort>Diffuse Glow or go to Photoshop>Preferences>Plug-Ins check Show all Filter gallery groups and names, restart photoshop and then go to Filter>Distort>Diffuse Glow.
