I'm trying to create a composite image. I added an object to the background image, but the object is way too big. How can I manipulate it to make it smaller?

I used Control + V to paste the goose onto the backyard scene that you see here.  The goose is gigantic.  I need to scale it down.backyardgooseComposite

Select the goose layerpress control-T, then control-0 [zero]; the transform handles will appear at the cornersscale the goose layer to tasteThe next hurdle may be removing/blending the layer, but first thing first.
