I'm using PS 2026 and any image I export in to work on looks white washed. All other programs import them fine. Any suggestions. I don't want to manipulate the photos I want them to come in as they appear in my original state.

I’m using a MacBook Pro.  I’ve changed nothing either in PS or my computer since last use.

Thank you so much for your response.  I went to Preferences > Tech. Preview and clicked on “precise colour management for HDR display” and Bingo!  I’m using a MacBook Pro.

Hi @CaptainCanada_1, did this just start happening with an update to the Photoshop 27.11 release? Can you attach comparison screenshots of a photo looking correct in another program (Bridge or Lightroom would be good) and then looking “whitewashed” in Photoshop? Have you tried setting Preferences > Technology Previews > Older GPU mode (pre 2016) to see if it makes a difference? Finally, please share your Photoshop system info via Help > System Info > Copy and paste the information into your reply.
