I need help removing objects from a photo this is my first time using photo shop

Hi i need help with editing a photo. this is my first time using photo shop. i need to remove objects from the photo and need to change the background of it also can someone please help its  a high priority for my work. i need to remove the trees and the police car. so it looks like its on a street with no trees and behind a shopping centre
