I need the Photoshop 2021 setup file. Can someone send it to me?
I have a license and I want to use it, but I can't find the Photoshop 2021 installer anywhere. Can you help me?

No one can send you the file. That would break the licensing agreement.
Adobe offers only the current and one previous version of Creative Cloud apps. In addition, Photoshop 2021 (v. 22.2) is offered in the CC app for a limited time as the last stable version of working with 3D.

"We recommend using Photoshop 22.2 if you continue to need access to Photoshop 3D features. That version will remain accessible to you in the Creative Cloud Desktop application for installation for up to two years from August 2021 (however, the operating system requirements for 22.2 will remain as they were in February 2021 when it was originally released)."
