I try to start the app but it wont work

Did you download and install Creative Cloud first and then install Photoshop from the CC app?

I can't install the newest Photoshop 2025 on my OS, because my OS doesn't allow it. But, if I wanted to use some of the new features, I do use the online version of Photoshop. Most cases, Photoshop 2024 works fine

What happens when you try? Is there an error message? Do you see the splash screen? Are you on Win or Mac?
