I used background shortcut to set color on my background but when I pressed it, it didn't work. It didn't error. It just didn't simply worked. Can someone help me please?

A few things are worth checking. Make sure the shortcut has permission to change your wallpaper or background, and verify that the action is targeting the correct screen if you're using multiple displays. It would also help to know which device and operating system you're using (iPhone, iPad, or Mac) and whether you're trying to change the Home Screen, Lock Screen, or desktop background. Sharing a screenshot of your shortcut would make it much easier to identify what's going wrong.
