I want to remove uncovered

In flat pixel images blacked-out content cannot be recreated. 

Certain file formats allow for layers and/or channels that can store additional data, but in a png there is but one layer and pixels that are not present on that layer are simply not present. 

Generative AI can be used to create »plausible« content for such regions – but the newly created pixels are just digital artwork, not the original pixels.
