• Can you try switching to a different network, like a mobile/cellular connection or another Wi-Fi?
• Was the feature working for you earlier, and then suddenly stopped?
• Please try accessing Photoshop Web in a different browser (like Chrome, Edge, or Firefox).
• Can you confirm the system specs and OS version?
• Please share a screenshot of the error you are getting.
• Also, are you using any firewall, proxy, VPN, antivirus, or network filtering apps that might block access?
