Ice Over a Building [Generative Fill]

Hi,

 I am soOOOOooOOoooo frustrated that Adobe.

I took some pictures of a downtown. I want to - in ONE CLIK - or typing some words in the generative fill box - add ice, or ice over the buildings.

I know the 'subject' selection tool can identify my buildings, I have used it to do this. Then WHY does it not understand how to add ice or icecycles to the building.

I feel like I'm working with 30 year old technology - because the development staff caters to photographers, and not creators, and photo manipulators.
