This is no doubt a bona fide bug.

It happens to a lot of people, including users with all their GPU ducks perfectly lined up and no other issues.

The really odd thing is that the panel now appears to load from Adobe's servers, not from local installation files. I'm absolutely stumped as to why that should be necessary - it has to be something to do with the new presets (which few of us want in the first place). I seem to remember that there is a way to disable this remote loading, and it then behaves in the "old" way. But I can't recall how.

Please post your Photoshop system info. In Photoshop goto Help > System Info and hit the copy button. Then paste the entire informations into this thread.

Reinstalling photoshop worked briefly however the I am back to square one now. I did however figure out the adjusment icons appear to be linked to the graphics procesor. Whenever the graphics procesor is on the icons are visible but innefective and whenever the procesor is off the icons are totally invisible.

Photoshop and OS are totally updated and nvidia studio driver is installed.

I would post my photoshop system info however the one you posted as an example looks severly different to mine. I went to help > system info and copied it all however I ended up with nearly 12 pages of text.

Disabling graphics procesor was innefective. My photoshop and OS are comepletely up to date. I also switched my driver from gaem ready to studio however that also did nothing. I ended uup reinstalling photoshop which for the moment has worked but i'll come back to this thread if it hasnt.

Please try to disable the option to "Use Graphics Procesor" from Photoshop by going to Preferences, then Performance. Once done, quit & relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.

If this doesn't help, we need more informations about your system. Maybe you can post your Photoshop system info. In Photoshop goto Help > System Info and hit the copy button. Then paste the entire informations into this thread.

Is your system up-to-date? Do you have installed all recent updates and patches for the operating system and the device drivers, especially the graphic driver. Please make also sure that you have installed the Studio version and not the Game Ready version of your NVidia driver.
