Image "bouncing" when resizing its window, 27.2.0

Question

When I resize a floating window it's like the image follows the movement and sqeezes or stretches.

Obviously I've tried the classic tip for fixing every possible problem in Photoshop: reset the preferences. But it didn't work.

My GPU is a RTX 5060 8GB and I'm using Windows 11.

Thanks for your reply!

I have the latest Nvidia Studio Driver (591.74) and there are no Windows 11 Home updates to download so it's up to date as well. The CPU is a Core Ultra 5 245KF, the GPU is an RTX 5060 8GB OC, and I have 32 GB of RAM.

After googling a bit more I've found that this problem seems to have been around since at least 2022. One of the posters in the threads below says it happens with Intel UHD Graphics as well, not just Nvidia. This must be a Photoshop issue. It's up to Adobe to fix this.
