Image colours not accurate, they turns correct when i move the main window

I have this problem when i open a file in Photoshop.

The image colours seems not correct, but if i move slightly the entire window the colours turn back to the right profile. It doesn't happens with Illustrator or any others software i use.

I use a 32" BENQ Monitor (Model PD3205U), MacOS Sonoma 14.0

This is obviously the Mac not loading the monitor profile correctly. The most likely reason for that is a marginal profile not written to strict icc specifications.

BenQ has a long history of bugs and problems in their calibration software.

The first thing to try is to rerun the profiling, and make sure the software is set to make version 2 and matrix-based profiles. Version 4 and/or LUT-based profiles are more complex and always more risky. It should work, it just doesn't always.

I have to agree there, such a shame isn't it. Apparently the panels themselves are OK

Many users have found the Palletmaster software, basically, unusable .

basICColor display software has solved this for users I've helped out, but, of course, it doesn't address the inbuilt hardware calibration LUT making first calibration take a bit longer.

@cristianos14823478 that’s strange, I wonder if the display system ICC profile could be implicated?

How are you calibrating and profiling your screen?
