Images darken as I begin to edit

Hi when I begin to edit anything in PS I’m seeing the image darken as I interact with it. When i uncheck the “Use Graphics Prosessor” tick box it doesnt happen. I'm using this setup:

I’ve cleared the Cash in Nvidia, and when that diddnt help, Ive done a fresh install of the Nvidia App & drivers with no change. Ive created a small video to show whats happening. Please help :)
