Within Photoshop I have trying automate import images using a CSV file. The photos are comming in at 1/4 of the size. How do you adjust the photos to go full size. Example If I want a photo to be little smaller than a 5x7 the imported photo will come in 1/4 of the size. Question is how to import the images to fit a specific area?

What do you mean 1/4 size? Photoshop measures everything in pixels. If you want to use 300 ppi for a 5x7" print template (that should work well for small prints) that works out to 1500x2100 pixels. How big are your original images?

If the file is 5x7, devide this file into 4  equal quadrant. The imported file will be in the bottome left quadrant.

Why don’t you upload the PSD template with the variables and 1 or 2 replacement images so that the setup can be inspected?

You can always redact/sanitise/mockup the content if you are concerned with client confidentiality.

What is the pixel replacement method?

What is the resolution of the template compared to the replacement images?
