Impossible d'utiliser l'ia générative dans Photoshop

J'ai acheté photoshop et lightroom dans le pack a 11.99e, et je n'ai malheureusement pas accès a l'ia générative.. j'ai ce message d'erreur a chaque tentative d'utilisation.

Hey, @Alexandre37861277ijkl. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out. I've checked the account & the subscription is new.

Sometimes, right after you sign up, the subscription can take some time to become fully active. I see some credits were deducted from your total Generative Credit balance.

Please share more details if you've been unable to work with Firefly-powered tools. Are you using Generative Fill, Generate Image in Photoshop, or Photoshop Beta?

As a quick test, try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/46Rk0Mm) to determine whether it's an application or network issue.
