Hello, following a change of operating system I am unable to download photoshop because it tells me that I do not have the necessary configuration, can you help me?

- What was your OS before and what is it now?
- What version of PS did you have before and what are you trying to install?
- Which browser are you using? There is an issue with Opera where it tries to send a .dmg file for macOS instead of an .exe file for Windows. If you are using Opera, try a different browser.
- Are you installing from the Creative Cloud app?
