In a digital document, how can I select my signature on my citizenship card?

What are you talking about – file formats etc.? 

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible? 

i currently mean: In a digital document, how can I select my signature on my citizenship card and copy it in a specific part of another digital document?
