in PS 27.7 i can't find the icon of generative ai credits appear on top menu of my program and non clickable in upscale menu

the icon of generative ai credits didn’t appear in the top of my program menu and in other menus and i attached first screen shot to refer to that by yellow marks 

and second one in generative upscale menu it shows but non clickable and i refer too by yellow marks 

pls help me to fix this issue i use PS ver. 27.7 ( with arabic support text writing )
