Inquiry regarding third-party Android port (PS CC 2019)

Hello Adobe Support,

Since Adobe has no official Android app for creating and editing images from scratch with full layers (unlike the discontinued Photoshop Touch), many creators—including myself—download third-party web ports like "PS CC 2019 for Android 9 by Natural". I have been using this tool in my work for years and I am still using it. I sincerely hope you can forgive me if using this version is against your rules.

Could you please clarify:

1. Is this or any similar Android port authorized or maintained by Adobe?

2. Does Adobe object to freelancers using such archived ports for freelance work (like YouTube thumbnails) given the lack of native mobile alternatives?
