ios photoshop all does not show PNG files to open

I am using the Photoshop iOS app and I have having 2 huge issues.

The first, when I go to the FILES icon in the menu bar at the bottom, it does not show PNG files stored in my cloud.

The second issue, all of the folders are unresponsive when pressing on them. Meaning, I cannot open a folder to get to files that are organized in my cloud.

Please fix this.

Also, “iOS” refers to both iPadOS and iPhoneOS. Can you clarify which you are using?

Can you confirm exactly where you are looking after you click “Import and Open”?

    • Photos will display everything in your Photos App.
    • Files gives you several options. What are you choosing?

Hey, @Skeletonhands. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. Sorry for the delay in reaching your post.

Could you include a short video of the behavior that you see? Please share more details and clarify which files are stored in your cloud. Are these images stored in a 3rd party cloud-file service? Do these images appear as regular files in the iOS File browser app?

    Thanks!
