iPad app

I have a problem with my app for iPad. The app requires purchase a subscription even though I have it. The application works on other devices.

Same problem here. Been on the chat with support for four hours. Can't figure it out. 

I have a business subscription. This means that I should have to choose between business and personal account. My Business account has the subscription. However, it does not give me a choice. 

 

  • Tried deleting and reinstalling the app (including it's data)
  • Deleting all cookies and cache from browser as well.
  • In account settings, turning the choose profile automatically off.
  • Tried another account on the iPad (one of my colleagues). Same problem.
