iPad photoshop app keeps crashing

The app has suddenly stopped working. As soon as the app opens, it barely makes pass the splash screen, then it closes by itself.

 

i have tried everything: restarting the iPad, re-installing the app, deleted recent projects from my cloud storage. The only thing I haven't tried is factory reset my iPad, but I really do not wish to do that.

 

some help would be much appreciated, as this is a bit frustrating as a paying customer...

 

iPadOS version: 15.3.1

App version: 3.3.1

Are you still encountering the crash on launch. There was a problem with an external tool we use this morning that has been cleared up.

Sounds like you had some confusion with Adobe ID and Social Sign On.

 

Is the app working normally now? (the crashing has stopped?)

Ok, I believe there are a lot of things going on here:

1. Updating my iPad to iPadOS 15.4 allowed me to pass the splash screen and make the app to not crash.
2. I tried to log in with my Adobe login. I was asked me to pay for a subscription, but via the app store (this is ridiculous, because I am already a paying customer)
3. I tried to log in with my google account (shares the same email as my Adobe account), and this time it worked.
