Is anyone else not being able to use their own presets in the latest Photoshop?

I just updated to the latest version of Photoshop and now all the presets that I've made are no longer available. Even if I make a new one, it's good for one edit. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

    Looks like that's due to some Layer Blending modes not being compatible with the Photoshop 2024 (25.7) update:
