Is Photoshop iPad DEAD????

So, it's been 23 months and no new features/functionality notwithstanding a minor replace tweak. Am I missing something?

Thank you very much for responding.

No new functionality or progress on What's Coming but iPad Photoshop is still kicking after 23 months of nothing?
