is possible record plugin function use action or script?

I use these expansion panels. I use the function LocalSmooth a lot over there. I want to designate this as a shortcut and make it comfortable. To do that, I think we need to create an action or a script and record it running, but the action is not recorded. Is there a way?

You would need to extract the script from the panel, however, it may or may not work the same without the panel GUI. Best that you contact the author of the extension panel for terms of use, support, more info etc.
