is there a way to disable the colour option when making a new layer?

I like using clipping masks but everytime when making a new layer i automatically press the dropdown button for colours. Is there an option to disable that feature so it doesnt show up anymore? Or is there a better way?

There are different ways to add a new layer, not all of them call a dialog.
