Is there away to remove the yellow on their skin abd hairin photshop?

I'm just starting out with photoshop and have a real challenge in the photo I've attached. I hope someone who is more experienced can tell me how I might remove the horrible yellow streaks on their skin and the too yellow color of the blonde lady's hair.  This is the best scan I can get of this photo.

    Hi AudioEditor,

    It usually works well to do the simple fix of going to Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation and selecting "Yellows" from the pulldown menu next to the word "Master" (or, if you want to be able to easily toggle your edits on and and off, Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation > Yellows)  Then, adjust the saturation slider toward the left to knock down the intensity of those streaks. You can also tweak the color cast of the yellows from the Hue slider within Hue/Saturation as well as the lightness from the Lightness slider

    I was going to say to adjust the hue,  but DelphiZoa and DFosse beat me to it.  I do a lot of color correcting at my job, and what they said was right on the money.

    I'll give you a hint: look at the blue channel. This is what you get with cheap cameras:

    The easiest way, and the least disruptive to image integrity, is a Selective Color layer. Crank the Yellow slider all the way down, and partially mask the background if you want to retain some yellow there:

    This is quick and dirty, 30 seconds, but fairly effective in this case. A more advanced variety is to use Blend If on the adjustment layer, target the blue channel and set the sliders so only the darkest values are affected.
