Issue: Photoshop Web handles touch input like stylus input

When drawing with the brush, touch input will draw too. This is a probem, since when I put my palm on the screen to draw with the stylus, it will draw with my palm.

When Photoshop detects a stylus it should probably disable drawing with touch input.
