Issue when using Edit>Generate Image with Firefly 3.0

Generally I've had good results producing images in Firefly when using an Alpha Channel. Some results are great, some results are very strange and not useable.. Overall, however, I am pleased. I have a large catalog of high res images that I have created over 5 years for the "POD" market, I often prefer to use the Edit>Generate function with these images converting the image to either a watercolor or oil painting. The result: every generated images has "lines" similar to what one would get using a rake brush. The Landscape image is a good example. I cut out a small section of this image, original size: 12000px X 9000px @ 300 ppi, showing an example of the lines running in all directions. The reference style and composition images I load do not have "lines" resembling the resulting images in either a watercolor or oil painting. The algorthym(s) used in Firefly 3.0 are generating these lines.
Today I created a 3 color flat image. It has no textures or lines in the image. I then used the Edit>Generate function on the flat image creating an oil and watercolor image attached to this post. Both have these lines. Why?
Hopefully a community member with expertise with Firefly 3.0, or, an Adobe employee, can explain why the lines appear in every image, no exceptions.
I have Photoshop 27.0.0. Windows 11 current version. And I have the $19.99 plan for Gen Fill credits.
Thanks
