Issue with brush delay/pressure making it impossible to work

Hi all,

I'm having this issue with Photoshop. I'm on Catalina 10.15.4, using PS CC 21.1.2.

When I try to draw with pen pressure on my Cintiq Pro Touch 24, the brush often "stamps" down while drawing a line (see image). It also will frequently "forget" pen pressure. This is super aggravating and makes it almost impossible to work.

If you have this error too, or if it's a known error that's being investigated, please let me know.

Hi. This question reminds me of one I saw about 3 questions away from yours. The original poster came up with their own solution, and it may apply to you, too. It's about Build Up and Flow:
