Issue with File Version Sync Between iPad and Browser

I’m experiencing an issue where the file version I created on my iPad using Adobe Photoshop is not updating correctly when I try to download it from the browser using the same email. This results in using an outdated version of the file. Please assist in resolving this synchronization problem.

Hello! I know I'm late. I was traveling.

There was an update that I didn't notice on my iPad , but after I updated it didn't sync, 72h later it synced by it self.

And I missed like 4 days of Live 2D free trial 🥲.

Hi!It sounds like you are trying to update your version of Photoshop on your iPad, and it is not updating -- is that correct? What IOS/iPad are you using? What version of Photoshop do you currently have and what version of Photoshop are you trying to download?Michelle
